You know what good major gift work actually looks like.

You're just not getting enough time to actually do it.

You know the conversations that move gifts forward. You know what it looks like to build a real relationship with a donor.

You're a skilled, experienced fundraiser.

Your real problem?

You spend more time figuring out who to call instead of actually talking with donors. You overthink what to say to the prospect who hasn't responded. You worry and over-prepare for a visit instead of confidently walking through an open door.

Your time and energy go to everything else. Admin instead of connection. Scrambling to prep instead of leading. Reacting instead of building momentum.

You're not behind because you're not working hard enough. You're behind because you don't have the right systems setting you free to focus on what matters most.

This isn't a time problem.

It's a clarity problem.

More hustle won't fix it. Neither will yet another spreadsheet.

What actually fixes it is knowing, at every stage of your portfolio, exactly who deserves your attention, what to say to them, and whether your work is actually moving anything forward.

That is the clarity and confidence you'll get from The AI Advantage for Major Gift Fundraising.

"Keith knows our business. He's a frontline fundraiser. He's not looking at it from the outside. He's actually been a fundraiser and he uses this in his own work. That authenticity is really meaningful."

- Erin Cleghorn, Associate Vice President of Institutional Advancement, Meredith College -

You've probably already tried to figure this out.

Pre-written prompts. Webinars. A little experimenting. It might have helped at the margins, but it didn't solve the bigger problems.

Most AI training for fundraisers stops at the writing. It teaches you how to draft an email or polish an appeal. That's a starting point, not a strategy.

Most training shows you what AI can do.

This shows you how to actually use it in your workflow, applied to your real portfolio, in real time.

This program is about becoming the fundraiser who always knows what to do next.

By the end of six weeks, you'll have a clear, repeatable system for every stage of major gift fundraising, and the confidence to use it.

You'll move from guessing to knowing.

From reacting to leading.

From scattered to in control.

This isn't about automating meaningful relationships. It's about building a system that allows you to actually spend your time and energy on those relationships, and develop and sustain them at a level you haven't been able to reach before now.

AI is the tool. This course teaches you how to use it strategically.

The outcome is a completely different relationship with your own work.

Here's what your day starts to look like.

Monday Morning

You open your portfolio and know exactly who to focus on this week. No guessing. No defaulting to whoever emailed last.

Before a donor visit

You walk in with a clear objective. You've already practiced the harder moments. Nothing surprises you.

After the visit

Still in the parking lot. Contact report is already done. Next step is already identified.

In your one-on-one with your manager

You know where your portfolio stands before she asks. You have the data, the context, and the plan.

When a donor gives

You have the next 180 days mapped. The kind of experience that turns a first gift into a long-term relationship.

This is what major gift work looks like when you have the systems to support it.

Six modules. Six complete systems.

01

Prospect Identification
From overwhelmed to strategically focused

Build a custom scoring model using the signals that actually matter for your organization, going beyond generic wealth rankings or RFM scores.

Go from thousands of names to a focused, defensible prospect list.

You'll go from: Relying on instinct or outdated scores

To: A clear, repeatable system for identifying who truly belongs in your major gift work

02

Prospect Qualification & Outreach
From hesitation to confident engagement

Build a three-part system: an AI-powered Donor Research Engine, a Donor Brief Generator, and a 90-day multi-channel outreach sequence with 12+ touchpoints, pre-drafted and ready to use.

You'll go from: One email, then waiting and hoping for a reply

To: A system that creates an inevitable conversation

03

Donor Meetings & Conversations
From uncertain to strategic

Build a Donor Conversation System that includes a Meeting Strategy Engine, an AI Roleplay Partner for practicing the harder moments before you're in the room, and a post-visit capture process that locks in next steps before you leave the parking lot.

You'll go from: Hoping donor meetings go well

To: Leading every conversation with clarity and intention

04

Portfolio Intelligence & Performance
From doubt to clarity

Build a Portfolio Intelligence System that evaluates your activity, shows you what's actually moving, surfaces your gaps, and prepares you for any leadership conversation before it happens.

You'll go from: Wondering if your work is paying off

To: Knowing exactly where you stand, with the proof to back it up

05

Proposals & Asks
From stuck to compelling

Build a Proposal and Ask Translation System that turns messy thinking into clear proposals, flat writing into compelling opportunities, and high volume into manageable output.

You'll go from: Struggling to articulate the ask

To: Presenting opportunities donors can say yes to

06

Stewardship & Relationship Expansion
From transactional to transformational

Build a Donor Experience System with an Impact Translation Engine, a structured stewardship plan heavily weighted toward the first 180 days, and a relationship expansion strategy designed to turn first gifts into lasting partnerships.

You'll go from: Generic, inconsistent follow-up

To: A donor experience that makes people want to give again

All applicable to your real portfolio, starting week one.
When I implemented this system with my own donors, they started saying things like:
Your organization went from an obligation I felt I had to honor my brother's passing, to one of the top three charities that are important to me and my husband.

Here's exactly what you get.

Six weeks. One module per week. Everything applied to your actual portfolio so it's actually useful.

Every Monday

You'll receive a new video training module. Some modules include additional worksheets and bonus resources to help you integrate and apply the material right away.

Each Thursday

We hold a live office hours session for discussion and hands-on support implementing that week's material. You will not have to figure this out on your own.

After the core training ends

You have two additional months of ongoing support. You won't be left to figure it out alone once the training is over.

What you need

Your CRM, a spreadsheet, a word processor, and an AI platform account your organization approved. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot all work. If you can type into Google, you can do this.

Why this works when other programs haven't.

Built for major gifts specifically. Every system is designed for the long-cycle, relationship-driven work of major gift fundraising. Nothing here is adapted from a general business template.

Systems, not one-off tactics. You leave with six complete, interconnected systems that work across your full portfolio. You'll use them the week you build them.

Your real portfolio, not hypotheticals. Everything is built with your actual donors and prospects. By the time you finish, the work is already done.

Secure setup. From the start, we set up your system to keep donor information safe and aligned with your organization's data usage policies.

Built by someone who has actually done this. Keith Greer, CFRE, has spent his career as a frontline major gift fundraiser. This program is built from what actually works in practice, not theory.

Support while you implement. Live office hours throughout the cohort, two months of post-cohort support, and a group of peers doing the same work alongside you.

"Your course was interactive. You showed us not only how to write the prompt, but what the results were, how to modify them, how to actively do it ourselves. And you gave us the framework. It wasn't just slides. It was us doing it together."
- Erin Cleghorn, AVP Institutional Advancement, Meredith College -

If you don't do something different, the next few months will probably look a lot like the last few.

More time in your inbox than with donors. More decisions made on instinct. Another quarter where you're busy, but not building real momentum. More time preparing than actually talking to donors.

What if this year could be different?
With The AI Advantage for Major Gift Fundraising, it can.

Become the fundraiser who knows exactly what to focus on. The fundraiser who walks into every donor meeting prepared. The fundraiser who can look at their portfolio at any moment and explain what's working and what's next.

The fundraiser your manager never has to worry about.

Here's what's included.

  • 6 weeks of live training

  • Weekly office hours

  • 2 additional months of ongoing support

$997

One-time investment for the full program

If this saves you even 5 hours a week, that’s over 250 hours in a year.

That’s time back for donor conversations, strategy, and the work that actually drives gifts forward.

This is for you if...

  • You're managing a portfolio and too much of your time is going to prep, admin, and documentation instead of actual donor work.

  • You know what strong major gift work looks like but don't have a consistent system to execute it week after week.

  • You've experimented with AI but nothing has felt practical enough to actually change how you work.

  • You want to walk into your next performance review or campaign meeting knowing exactly where your portfolio stands, and having the data to back it up.

  • You're ready to apply what you learn, starting week one.

This is NOT for you if...

  • You're looking for passive, watch-and-learn content.

  • You expect AI to replace relationship-building. It won't, and this program won't tell you it will.

  • You're not currently managing a portfolio or working with donors.

  • You want someone to build your systems for you rather than learning to build and use them yourself.

Still have questions?

Here are a few common ones.

  • Not at all. This program was built for fundraisers who know AI is important, but haven’t had the time or guidance to really learn how to use it yet.

Each module starts by grounding you in the “why” behind the work, so you understand what you’re building and how it fits into your fundraising strategy. From there, we move into a live, step-by-step build where you can follow along in real time, see how the tool comes together, and watch exactly how it works in practice. There’s always space to ask questions, and you’ll have access to the recordings so you can revisit anything at your own pace.

And just as important, nothing we’re doing requires coding or technical expertise. If you can type a search into Google, you already have everything you need to succeed here.

  • I get it. Most fundraisers I work with are already juggling a full plate, and the last thing you need is something else that feels overwhelming.

The program is designed to fit into real life. Each week starts with a live training, but if you can’t make it, the recording is available shortly after so you can learn on your own schedule. You’ll also have weekly office hours where you can drop in, ask questions, and get help if you feel stuck, so you’re never left trying to figure it out on your own.

And if a busy week turns into a busy month, you’re still covered. You’ll have access to all of the recordings for four months from the start of the program, along with bi-weekly office hours for two months after the six-week program ends. So even if your schedule gets unpredictable, you’ll have both the time and the support to come back, build, and put these tools to work.

  • For the most part, you’ll be working with tools you likely already have. Your CRM, a spreadsheet like Excel or Google Sheets, a word processor like Word or Google Docs, and an account with an AI platform like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or Grok.

I teach the program using ChatGPT, but the workflows we build can be recreated in any of these platforms. The names and layouts may look a little different, but the underlying approach stays the same, so you’re not locked into one specific tool.

If you can, I do recommend using a paid AI account, since it often comes with stronger privacy controls and better performance. Many platforms offer nonprofit pricing, so you can choose what fits your organization best. And as with any tool, it’s worth checking with your IT team to make sure you’re aligned with your organization’s data and privacy policies.

  • It’s a smart question, and an important one. Fundraising is built on trust, and anything involving donor data deserves careful attention.

The short answer is that AI tools can be used responsibly, but the level of security depends on the platform you choose and how your organization configures it. Most major AI providers now offer plans with strong privacy protections, including options that prevent your data from being used to train future models. Before using any tool, I always recommend checking with your IT team to make sure it aligns with your organization’s policies and standards.

Inside the program, I’ll also show you how to take an extra layer of precaution by cleaning or anonymizing data before using it. That way, you can still get the benefit of these tools without putting sensitive information at risk.

  • It’s a fair question. AI does have an environmental footprint, and that’s something I take seriously.

At the same time, the full scope of that impact is still being studied, and a lot of the numbers you may see online lack consistent context or clear comparisons. What we do know is that AI is becoming part of how work gets done across sectors, including nonprofits.

My approach is to stay informed, use these tools thoughtfully, and focus on helping fundraisers apply them in ways that are responsible and aligned with their values. If using AI doesn’t feel right for you or your organization, that’s a valid choice. This program is here to support you if and when you decide it is.

  • If you come in, do the work, and genuinely feel like the program didn’t deliver on what you needed, I want you to feel taken care of.

You’ll have the opportunity to go through the first two modules and start applying what you’re learning. If after that you decide it’s not the right fit, you can request a refund within the stated timeframe. I’ll ask you to share the work you completed so I can see how you approached it and continue improving the program.

This is designed for fundraisers who are ready to engage and put these tools into practice. If you’re willing to show up and give it a real effort, you can enroll knowing there’s a clear path to step back if it’s not what you expected.
